The clearomizers for this product are a waste of money.
They cost £6 and even though I dont vape all the time they just burn my lips after a few uses. Getting the top off the clearomizer is a nightmare, and would suggest is designed to cause damage putting it back on, so that you will buy another quicker. I am in the process of changing brand as blu is not cost effective. There is no obvious way of recycling the clearomizer and you cannot replace just the seal.

Shocking two faulty atomiser now customer service was shocking Dave e was the customer advisor I really don’t recommend this product it’s cheap Chinese stuff made to look premium it’s really not.
Dave e had me repeat my self over and over giving obstacles and telling me to buy online and not with a retailer still didn’t get my issue resolved please avoid there full of 💩

I’ve used blu for a while now. I started on 0% nicotine but then they run out of this all the time (possibly discontinued) so I gave up and used the standard strength liquid. I’ve since bought so many of the Ecig pros I’ve lost count. The reason being is they are of such poor quality. They either leak (not from over filling as they say, believe me I’ve tried to be careful so many times), the suction gets weaker and weaker or the best one of all the top mouthpiece just snaps off making the top part of the device rendered useless. I can honestly say I’ve bought about 25 of these things now over the years and they are absolutely useless. Why have I? I guess because I like the liquid and for ease most shops sell them but at £19.99 a pop I’m actually done. Terrible device and an absolute waste of money. If you want an Ecig for a day or two then choose this but if you want to take it away on holiday or are relying on it to last longer than a week don’t bother with this brand.

I have been a Blu customer for over 5 years. No longer will I buy this product. The last 7-8 boxes of pods I have purchased have been old and rancid. The e-juice in the pod should be a golden color it is dark brown. It burns your mouth and throat when yo enhale it. I think i found a date on the box it says this 02L201901E porbabaly over 2 yrs old purchased yesterday at a convenience store. Don't waste your money on this porduct.

I’m new to vaping but I’ve tried a ton of different products. This is unvapable. It is genuinely disgusting. I wouldn’t give this to someone as a punishment.

The Vap unit is soooooo bad I have 5 that do not work in past 6 months.

Customer service is unbelievable bad .

I ordered blu pods on April 21, the order still did not arrive. Every time I call customer service, I am told that it will arrive the next day - this is going on for a week now! They won't refund my money either. Ridiculous company!

blu e cig pros cost £20.00 and last about a week. take good care of it all you want, its going to go faulty regardless.. WASTE OF MONEY.

And Blu Customer Services are a complete waste of time. Dont bother with this brand!!

I swear this is the worst vape product I’ve ever used.

Such low quality - I’ve tried to use their standard vapouriser, it works for a few weeks, then goes faulty, then I tried the blu pro, again - works for a few weeks, then goes faulty.

Such a poor quality and environmentally wasteful product, avoid.

I have been with Blu now for 3 years a loyal customer. My vape broke so contacted Blu for a replacement device. They asked me which pod flavours i used. I specifically told them golden tabacco NO INTENSE. A few days later I get an email telling me they’ve sent me two intense vape starter packs. The pods will go in the bin which is such a waste. Just don’t get it. Thinking of looking for new vape company. Disappointed
